Dr. Temmam has led consultative processes to develop strategic documents and has been actively involved in securing international funding. He supports several Direct Access Entities in their accreditation with the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and in the development of funding proposals. With professional experience in Canada, he has managed large-scale environmental projects and trained professionals in the field. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Geochemistry from McGill University and a project management certification, with solid expertise in managing multidisciplinary projects.

She holds degrees in Finance and Business Law and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance at Hassan II University. She has developed strong expertise in managing investment funds, particularly in renewable energy, infrastructure, and real estate, and has led a financial restructuring within an industrial group. Currently, she advises companies and public institutions on investment programs and sustainable projects, creating innovative financial models.

Team Leader at ECI, she oversees energy and climate change projects, particularly greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting (IPCC, Bilan Carbone, GHG Protocol) and the development of mitigation strategies. Her expertise also includes energy transition, with a focus on improving energy efficiency and integrating renewable energy. She holds a Master’s degree in Water, Energy, and Environmental Sciences from ENSET in Rabat. She has contributed to GHG assessments and mitigation plans for various Moroccan regions, as well as for public and private entities, and has evaluated mitigation potential across multiple economic sectors. She has also supported Green Climate Fund (GCF) accreditation processes. Her experience has led her to collaborate with institutions internationally, including in Morocco, Togo, Rwanda, and Burkina Faso.

Originally from Mali, he is a graduate of the National School of Applied Sciences in Al Hoceima (Morocco) and also holds a background in industrial chemistry from the Institute of Mines in Marrakech. Mr. KONE has contributed to several large-scale international projects, working with institutions such as the World Bank, UNDP, EBRD, and the Municipal Equipment Fund. With strong skills in project management, analysis, and communication, he thrives in international and multidisciplinary environments. Passionate about climate and environmental issues, he is actively involved in designing and implementing sustainable solutions, contributing to climate action and the promotion of sustainable development.

Ms. Fatima Zahra Rsoune, holding a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences with a specialization in SME Management from Mohammed V University, has over 15 years of professional experience. Currently serving as the Administrative, Communication, and Office Manager at ECI, she manages personnel administration, accounting, and daily office operations. Throughout her career, she has gained expertise in public procurement management, financial administration, logistics coordination for trade shows, and organizing study trips.

Engineer in Renewable Energy and Smart Grids, he joined ECI as an Energy and Climate Consultant, where he supports businesses and local authorities in accounting for and reducing their GHG emissions through climate action plans. He has contributed to several projects, including a feasibility study for public lighting in Moulay Bouzerktoun (Essaouira province), a data visualization solution for Africa Solar Decathlon, and an IoT-based temperature monitoring system for cold storage rooms. After completing his master's degree, he joined Atos/EcoAct as an Industrial Energy-Climate Consultant, assisting various sectors in implementing climate strategies. Passionate about renewable energy, he also worked freelance for INGINE in South Korea on the potential of marine energy in Africa and studied wave energy in Morocco during an internship at Green Energy Park. With his expertise and commitment, he plays a key role in the energy transition towards a low-carbon future.

As a Consultant Engineer at ECI, Mrs. Bouthayna Beitar supports public and private stakeholders in integrating environmental and climate-related issues into their projects. Her expertise spans environmental management, regulatory compliance, climate change adaptation, and impact assessment. Holding a Master's degree in Hydro-Resources Engineering from Grenoble Alpes INP - UGA and a State Engineering degree in Rural Engineering from the Hassan II Agronomic and Veterinary Institute, she specializes in water management, infrastructure, and environmental risks. Her international experience has led her to work on large-scale infrastructure projects in France, England, Saudi Arabia, and Morocco, covering sectors such as roads, railways, buildings, and hydro-agriculture. As an environmental engineer, she has contributed to environmental impact assessments, regulatory compliance, natural resource management (including water, soil, and biodiversity), and project management assistance (PMA). Committed and passionate, Mrs. Beitar is actively involved in innovative and scientific approaches to promote sustainable and resilient development in the face of climate challenges.

With a graduate degree in Business Administration and extensive experience across diverse sectors such as aviation, FMCG, and diplomacy, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her role at Enviro Consulting International (ECI). As the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, she is responsible for leading the company’s communication strategies, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and managing business intelligence efforts.
