With the aim of facilitating the identification of territorial projects eligible for climate finance, a screening and prioritization methodology for projects has been developed and tested in five pilot regions. This was carried out with the support of the 4C IKI Project, implemented by GIZ in collaboration with the State Secretariat for Sustainable Development (SEDD). This guide is therefore based on a concrete process conducted with local stakeholders and takes into account the specificities of the Moroccan context.
