This project aims to design an online, secure, and structured MRV (Measurement, Reporting, Verification) system, enabling Qatar to effectively track the implementation of its climate commitments, including:
The Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC)
The National Climate Change Action Plan (NCCAP)
The objectives of the Qatar National Environment Strategy (QNE) regarding mitigation, adaptation, and means of implementation (capacity building, technology transfer, climate financing)
This project represents a key step in strengthening Qatar’s climate transparency framework, in compliance with the Paris Agreement requirements.
