Implementation of data collection procedures and tools, aligned with NSIA CI’s E&S governance framework, to enable regular emissions reporting
Definition of a robust and operational methodology allowing the bank to measure and report its emissions comprehensively and sustainably
Setting emission reduction targets and developing a concrete action plan to achieve them
Identification of short- and medium-term GHG reduction levers
Recommendations to improve GHG reporting (Scopes 1, 2, and 3)
Staff training to ensure effective adoption of the implemented tools and processes

This project represents a key step in NSIA CI’s low-carbon trajectory and strengthens its capacity to integrate climate considerations into its institutional strategy.
